The room is quite small, so we added a sofa bed. There are four of us in total, two adults and two children. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty and not replaced in time. The TV could only watch live shows. The window was also difficult to close. We went there in April, so I don't know how the air conditioning works. My friend said that the front desk sometimes had a mediocre attitude when they called, and they didn't have a charger or adapter to borrow. In 136 main light not working and 141 room TV not working I spoke with receptionist she said engineer will come next day 9:am. We kids want to do spa and they said you need to be over 16 also they want do do use swimming pool and they said you have book in advance even we saw no one in the pool 5pm

The room is spacious and clean which iI like it very much. The toilet is clean except the water in the bath tub flow very slowly. The water accumulate till my ankle while I was taking my shower . During my stay the heater did not work properly. The air was cold especially during this winter season. Tks.
